周三喜、张士中,河南省上蔡县保安服务公司驻缝美胶鞋厂保安员。 1994年9月12日晚7时许,健美胶鞋厂油库发生火灾,火焰喷出两米多高。全厂职工乱成一片。由于火势太大,且正向停在油库附近装有2吨汽油的油罐车蔓延,车旁边还有刚卸下的6吨汽油。一旦油库和油罐车发生爆炸,鞋厂和周围的居民区将变成一片火海,后果不堪设想。
