如果说周游世界是一个梦想的话,我自己都已经不记得将这个梦想实现了多少次。从1994年起利用业余时间自费走世界拍摄“世界文化遗产”至今,总行程已达环地球30周。然而这些年中,我一直有一个遗憾,就是缺一组悉尼的世界遗产照片。这并不是因为我没有去过澳洲,而是在1995年抵达澳洲时,我虽然拍摄了艾尔斯岩石、大堡礁等世界遗产,但是当时的悉尼歌剧院、蓝山国家公园等并未列入世界文化遗产,以至于2012年上海世博会在城市足迹馆展出的51张世界遗产作品中,唯独悉尼采用的是我之前用胶片负片拍摄的照片。为了弥补这一遗憾,8月份再次进入美丽的澳洲,对悉尼歌剧院、蓝山等遗产进行拍摄,同时也对阿瑟港监狱、皇家展览馆、悉尼邦迪海滩等进行了记录。
