创新已经成为了现代社会发展中的永恒话题;众所周知,企业在市场经济发展中属于核心主体部分,对国民经济的良好发展起到了决定性的作用。随着企业改革的进一步深入,使得企业党建与思想政治政治工作具有的作用越发的显现。在当前形势下,企业要想持续稳定的发展,就必须不断强化思想政治工作创新力度,朝着和谐企业目标快速迈进。笔者根据自身工作经验,结合康佳集团公司思想政治工作实践,首先概述了企业思想政治工作的基本任务及意义,其次提出了新形势下企业思想政治工作创新的途径及方法。
Innovation has become an eternal topic in the development of modern society. As we all know, the enterprise belongs to the core part in the development of the market economy and plays a decisive role in the sound development of the national economy. With the further deepening of enterprise reform, the role of party building and ideological, political and political work in enterprises has become more and more evident. In the current situation, in order to achieve sustained and steady development, enterprises must continuously intensify innovation in ideological and political work and move rapidly towards the goal of a harmonious enterprise. Based on its own working experience and combining with Konka Group’s ideological and political work practices, the author first outlines the basic tasks and significance of the ideological and political work in enterprises and secondly puts forward the ways and methods for innovation in ideological and political work in the new situation.
