面对新的形势和新的任务,图书馆馆员应准确把握自己在新环境下的角色定位,注重提高自身的基本素质和综合能力,转变观念,更新知识,抓住机遇,迎接挑战。本文在阐述图书馆馆员业务能力提升的必要性基础上,从正确树立良好的职业形象、终身学习理念、业务创新能力及参观先进图书馆,学习先进经验等方面给予提升馆员业务能力的政策建议。
Faced with the new situation and new tasks, librarians should accurately grasp their own role positioning in the new environment, pay attention to improving their basic quality and comprehensive ability, change their concepts, update their knowledge, seize opportunities and meet challenges.
