球状弱酸性阳离子交换剂可由下列方法制成:(1)甲基丙烯酸甲酷与不同黄的55%苯二乙烯溶液共聚合.随用酸或碱水解之。(2)甲基丙烯酸与不同量的55%苯二乙烯溶液共聚合。(3)甲基丙烯酸,甲基丙烯酸丙烯酯,与55%苯二乙烯溶液共聚合。由第一法制得的树脂交换量不高,很明显是因甲基丙烯酸甲酯-苯二乙烯的共聚体不易水解的缘故。由第二、第三法制得的树脂交换量很高且表面是不透明的。这可能为通称的“玉米花”聚合体。这些树脂具有良好的性能。
Spherical weakly acidic cation exchangers can be made by the following process: (1) Copolymer of methylcoldimethacrylate with different yellow 55% styrene divinylsolution. Hydrolysis with acid or base. (2) Methacrylic acid was copolymerized with varying amounts of 55% styrene solution. (3) Methacrylic acid, methacrylic acid, copolymerized with 55% styrene solution. The first resin produced by the law is not high, it is clear that the methyl methacrylate - styrene divinyl copolymer due to hydrolysis difficult. The resin produced by the second and third methods has a high exchange capacity and the surface is opaque. This may be the so-called “popcorn” polymer. These resins have good properties.
