利用YLS-4000-CL光纤激光器在Q235钢上制备镀铜石墨/铜梯度复合涂层,对熔覆层宏观表面进行观察,采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对熔覆层的微观形貌进行观察。利用显微硬度计和磨损试验机以及多功能材料表面性能仪测试熔覆层的显微硬度和摩擦磨损性能。分析表明:激光功率600 W,扫描速率8 mm/s时,石墨/铜梯度材料的硬度值最大,为115 HV,并且磨损率也达到最小值,为6.9‰。
A graphite-copper / copper gradient composite coating was prepared on Q235 steel with YLS-4000-CL fiber laser. The macroscopic surface of cladding layer was observed. The microstructure of the cladding layer was observed by optical microscope (OM) and scanning electron microscope Micro-morphology observation. The microhardness and friction and wear properties of the coatings were tested with a microhardness tester and a wear tester as well as a multifunctional material surface tester. The results show that the maximum hardness of graphite / copper gradient material is 115 HV at a laser power of 600 W and a scan rate of 8 mm / s, and the wear rate reaches the minimum value of 6.9 ‰.
