目的 :分析测定安徽银莲花中主要皂苷成分Hederasaponin B的含量。方法 :采用C18(Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18,4.6 mm×150 mm)分析柱,流动相为甲醇-水(55:45),流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长210 nm。进样量对照品溶液和供试品溶液各10μL。理论塔板数以Hederasaponin B峰计不低于3000。结果:Hederasaponin B在1.10~5.20μg范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为100.95%,RSD=1.04%(n=6)。Hederasaponin B在不同5批次药材中评价含量为0.350%,RSD=1.94%。结论 :该方法简便、灵敏、重复性好,可用于对安徽银莲花的品质评价,为鹅掌草近缘种质量控制及开发提供实验依据。
Objective: To analyze and determine the content of Hederasaponin B, the main saponin in Anhui lotus flower. METHODS: The analytical column was C18 (Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18, 4.6 mm × 150 mm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (55:45) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was 210 nm. Injection volume reference solution and the test solution of 10μL each. The number of theoretical plates to Hederasaponin B peak is not less than 3000. Results: Hederasaponin B showed a good linearity (r = 0.9996) between the injection volume and the peak area in the range of 1.10 ~ 5.20μg with an average recovery of 100.95% and RSD = 1.04% (n = 6). Hederasaponin B was evaluated at 0.350% and RSD = 1.94% in five different batches. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used to evaluate the quality of Anemarrhena asiatica and provide experimental evidence for the quality control and development of the related species of.
