研究了花叶鞣质的急性毒性及抗炎、镇痛作用。结果表明：花叶鞣质能够明显抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳壳肿胀及蛋清所致大鼠足趾肿胀的作用，对热板法及酒石酸锑钾所致小鼠疼痛均有明显抑制作用，且毒性较小，提示花叶鞣质具有抗炎、镇痛作用。
The acute toxicity, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of mosaic enamel were studied. The results showed that mosaic enamel could obviously inhibit xylene-induced mouse ear shell swelling and rat foot swelling induced by egg white, and significantly inhibited the pain induced by hot plate method and potassium barium tartrate. And the toxicity is small, suggesting that the mosaic tannin has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
