近年来,我们采用中西医结合的方法,治疗急性肾小球肾炎46例,获得显著疗效,现报告如下。 [临床资料]本组46例均系经化验方法而确诊的急性肾小球肾炎患者。其中男25例,女21例;年龄最小者10岁,最大者35岁,平均年龄为25岁。 [治疗方法]中医以藿香正气变通汤为主方:藿香、苍术各15g,半夏、陈皮、厚朴各10g,桔梗、甘草各5g,土茯苓、仙鹤草各30g,生姜3片。加减:咽赤及扁桃体红肿者加金银花、连翘、山豆根;皮肤感染者加公英、重楼;湿热壅盛尿赤便干或肾功能异常者加生大黄;血压高者加益母草。水煎服,每日1剂。20天为一疗程。西药:青霉素80万u,肌注,1
