本文对小品系卫氏并殖吸虫(P.Westermani)童虫在试验狗体内的转移途径,生长速度和发育程度进行动态分析。(1)移行途径基本与前人报道相似,但未发现经肝脏移行。(2)用虫体体长的环比及定基比表示其生长速度,则肺脏童虫最快,胸腔童虫次之,腹腔童虫最慢,而同生活环境的童虫其生长速度与虫龄成正比。(3)以每只虫体的平均总分表示其发育程度,则肺脏虫体发育最佳,胸腔童虫次之,腹腔童虫最差。就器官而言,卵黄腺的发育最慢而且只有移行到肺脏的虫体才能完全发育成熟。
In this paper, dynamic changes of the pathogen, growth rate and development of Paragonimus westermani in the test dogs were analyzed.
