经济全球化、中国加入WTO使更多的跨国公司“走进来”,也催动着更多的中国企业“走出去”,“本土化”成为中外企业面临的共同课题。本文分析了欧美跨国公司在华的“本土化”过程及其附加效应和积极影响,由此建议我国企业在海外“本土化”过程中内外兼修,打造核心竞争力的同时,要注重提升企业的价值,从而为实施长远的国际化战略铺路。
With the globalization of economy, China’s accession to the WTO has enabled more multinational corporations to “come in” and has also driven more Chinese enterprises to “go global” and “localize” their common problems facing Chinese and foreign enterprises. This paper analyzes the “localization” process of multinationals in China and Europe, as well as their additive and positive effects. Therefore, it is suggested that Chinese enterprises focus on improving their competitiveness while building their core competencies both domestically and internationally during their overseas “localization” So as to pave the way for the long-term internationalization strategy.
