摘要:全国第七次少代会以来,团中央、全国少工委进一步深化了对新的历史条件下少先队工作规律的认识,形成了清晰的工作思路和工作布局,提出要贯彻中央精神,落实少先队组织定位和根本任务,把握组织属性,推进少先队组织体系建设、活动体系建设、工作队伍体系建设、阵地体系建设和理论体系建设,其中少先队学科建设处在基础和龙头的地位。
