研究松树体内松材线虫的分布情况有助于松材线虫病的林间调查、监测和除治。对马尾松萎蔫病枯立木中的松材线虫研究表明:不同时间疫区枯立木中松材线虫检出率为16%~91.67%,平均为58.92%,即仅有一半枯立木中有松材线虫,取样不准确时,可能存在漏检现象;秋、冬季松材线虫检出率高于春、夏季,秋冬季为松萎蔫病发病的高峰期。5月前后,感病树中的纯松材线虫检出率较高,为50%~100%;秋冬季,树体中只有幼虫、无松材线虫成虫形式存在的检出率较高,为18.18%~26.87%。松材线虫在树体内不同部位(上、中、下)的分布和数量存在差异,但没有明显的规律性,与感病程度有关,应在树体的不同部位同时取样检测。
Studying the distribution of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus in pine is helpful for forest investigation, monitoring and debridement of pine wilt disease.
