炉渣中的氧分压(即电动势值)是炼钢工艺中的一个重要参数。作者用新研制的固体电解质炉渣定氧探头,在南京钢铁厂15 t复吹转炉上,现场测定了一次倒炉炉渣的氧分压,并发现三种用于定氧探头的氧化锆质固体电解质管(ZrO_2-MgO)均能达到测定炉渣氧分压的要求。用此定氧探头可以同时获得可靠、稳定的炉渣氧分压和温度。
The partial pressure of oxygen in the slag (ie the electromotive force value) is an important parameter in the steelmaking process. The authors used a newly developed solid electrolyte slag oxygen probe in the Nanjing Iron and Steel Plant 15 t blown converter on-site measurement of a furnace slag oxygen partial pressure and found that the three oxygen probe for zirconia solid electrolyte Tube (ZrO_2-MgO) can reach the determination of oxygen partial pressure of slag. With this oxygen probe, reliable and stable slag oxygen partial pressure and temperature can be obtained simultaneously.
