女患,7岁。1个月前曾流涕、头痛、周身无力,按感冒治疗后痊愈。半月前突感心悸、气短,活动减少,上腹部不适,食欲差,无恶心吐,尿量正常。查体:心率196次/分,奔马律,未闻杂音及不齐,双肺呼吸音清,腹软,不胀,肝脾未及。临床诊断:病毒性心肌炎。心电图示:P与R频率均为136次/分,P-R间期0.16秒,Ⅰ、avR、avL的P直立,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、avF、V_1、V_3、V_6P倒置,QRS为
Female suffering, 7 years old. 1 month ago had runny nose, headache, whole body weakness, cured by the flu treatment. Feel half a month ago palpitation, shortness of breath, decreased activity, upper abdominal discomfort, poor appetite, nausea vomiting, normal urine output. Physical examination: heart rate 196 beats / min, galloping, unheard noises and missing, lung breath sounds clear, abdominal soft, no swelling, liver and spleen not yet. Clinical diagnosis: viral myocarditis. ECG: P and R frequencies were 136 beats / min, P-R interval of 0.16 seconds, Ⅰ, avR, avL P upright, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, avF, V_1, V_3, V_6P inversion, QRS
