用拜耳法生产氧化铝,从铝酸钠溶液中析出的氢氧化铝的质量对氧化铝生产的回收率及质量均有影响。分解产物中杂质含量最多的是氧化钠。本文研究了这些杂质,同时也研究了反应条件对不溶性氧化钠含量的影响。文中阐明了以下几个问题:1.溶液温度高,分解产物中含杂质少。2.如果溶液中含碳酸钠多,分解产物中含不溶性氧化钠也会增多。3.在大多数反应条件下,晶种的晶核周围生成的结晶系含不溶性氧化钠较多的结晶。
Alumina production by Bayer process, the quality of the aluminum hydroxide precipitated from the sodium aluminate solution has an impact on the recovery and quality of alumina production. Decomposition products in the most impurity content is sodium oxide. In this paper, we study these impurities, and also study the influence of reaction conditions on the content of insoluble sodium oxide. The article illustrates the following questions: 1. The solution temperature is high, decomposition products containing less impurities. 2. If the solution contains more sodium carbonate, decomposition products containing insoluble sodium oxide will increase. 3. Under most reaction conditions, the crystals formed around the seed nuclei of the seeds contain more crystals of insoluble sodium oxide.
