为了提高国产多层热压机压制刨花板厚度尺寸精度,对两种规格的刨花板产品进行了厚度检测及统计分析。结果表明:板厚尺寸呈正态曲线分布;两种板按单点实测数据计,板厚合格率分别为82%及76%。运用相关技术分析可知,影响板厚的首要因素为厚薄规尺寸不准,其次为铺装厚度不匀以及热压板变形,积屑影响等。通过试验分析尚可知,以压力控制压机进入保压状态,从而对板厚进行控制的方法不够理想,建议同时采用四角位置控制及厚薄规控制,这样可使板厚误差较小。试验中还实测了热压工艺曲线及滑块四角位移同步性误差。结果说明:国产VBY热压机热压工艺性能基本符合设计要求;滑块四角位移中存在不同现象,但最终闭合位置误差较小,因而该机压制的产品板厚基本符合国家要求。
In order to improve the thickness dimensional accuracy of the multi-layer hot press pressed particleboard, the thickness of the two kinds of particleboard products were measured and analyzed. The results show that: the thickness of the plate thickness distribution is a normal curve; two plates according to the single point of the measured data, the plate thickness pass rates were 82% and 76%. The use of relevant technical analysis shows that the main factors affecting the thickness of the thickness of the rules are not allowed, followed by uneven thickness of the pavement and the hot plate deformation, the impact of accumulation of debris. Through the test analysis is still known to pressure control press into the packing state, so as to control the thickness of the method is not ideal, it is recommended at the same time the use of four-position control and thickness gauge control, so that the thickness error is smaller. The experiment also measured the hot pressing process curve and slider synchronization error. The results show that the hot pressing performance of domestically made VBY hot press basically meets the design requirements; the four corners of the slider have different phenomena, but the final closed position error is small, so the product thickness of the press is basically in line with the national requirements.
