车型:林肯城市 V8,1993年生产。故障现象:发动机抖动,加不上速,故障灯亮。故障排除:此车由其他修理厂转入我厂,其间已更换过高压线、火花塞,节气门体已清洗,怠速马达工作正常。基于上述情况,我们决定先从简单的入手,用红盒子 SCANNER检测,该车的诊断插座在发动机室内右悬架旁边。此车的故障码有两个:136…KOER 中第2氧传感器混合气过稀;219…SPOWT 电路。有了故障码,就有了修车的依据。检查此车的数据流,发现第2氧传感器信号几乎无变化。将车架起来查看,没异常。氧传感器的接头不易用手摸到,当用一个小钩子去拉动线束时,发现接头掉了下来,原来是接头没有拧住。重新固定,落下车,再次检测,发动机运转稍有平稳,氧传感器信号正常。接下来是故障码219的排除。用正时灯检查点火正时,发现点火时
