随着我国经济的快速发展,对矿产资源的需求明显增大,矿产资源在国民经济发展中的瓶颈制约越来越突出,国内外矿业市场和与资源相关的服务产业都紧盯中国的矿产资源需求度和国际依存度,为此如何清醒认识我国的资源现状,如何加强矿产资源的勘查开发,如何促进资源储备对经济的可持续发展等显得越来越重要,为此,谈几点初步认识。
