[目的]观察推拿疗法结合敷药治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。[方法]100例患儿随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例,治疗组采用神阙穴敷药疗法,对照组服用常规西药。经过5d治疗进行疗效判定。[结果]总有效率,治疗组96.00%,对照组66.00%,临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]推拿疗法结合敷药治疗儿童腹泻疗效显著。
[Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of massage therapy combined with dressing for treating children’s diarrhea. [Method] One hundred cases were randomly divided into treatment group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). The treatment group was treated with Shenque point and the control group was given conventional western medicine. After 5d treatment to determine the efficacy. [Results] The total effective rate was 96.00% in the treatment group and 66.00% in the control group, and the clinical efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The combination of massage therapy and dressing treatment of children with diarrhea significant effect.
