2004年5月,由兴山县总工会牵头,联合县劳动和社会保障局、县民政局、县经贸局、县民营经济发展促进局、县安全局、县司法局、县工商行政管理局等八部门,共同发出《关于在乡镇建立职工维权站》的通知,率先在省内实行在乡镇建立职工维权站的试点。至2004年8月底,全县8个乡镇的“职工维权站”全部挂牌开展工作,并已初见成效。
May 2004, led by the Xingshan County Federation of Trade Unions, Union County Labor and Social Security Bureau, County Civil Affairs Bureau, County Economic and Trade Bureau, County Civil Economic Development Promotion Bureau, County Safety Bureau, County Bureau of Justice, County Administration for Industry and Commerce, etc. The eight departments jointly issued the “Notice on Establishing Workers’ Rights Station in Villages and Townships” and took the lead in piloting the establishment of worker rights protection stations in townships and townships in the province. By the end of August 2004, all the “Workers’ Rights Protection Stations” in 8 townships of the county had been put on the job and initial results were achieved.
