中职教育是培养应用型、具有一定文化水平和专业知识技能的劳动者的教育,与普通教育和成人教育相比较,侧重于实践技能和实际工作能力的培养。重视实践和实训环节教学,是职业教育区别于普通教育的一个重要特征,是培养应用型和技能型人才的主要手段。实训基地是提供实践教学、进行专业技能训练的场所,我校在多年的办学实践中,不断探索涉农专业实训基地建设与管理,走出了适合自己的特色发展之路。
Secondary vocational education is to educate the employers of labors who have application-oriented skills and a certain level of literacy and professional knowledge and skills. Compared with general education and adult education, vocational education focuses on the cultivation of practical skills and practical working ability. Emphasis on teaching practice and training links is an important feature that distinguishes vocational education from general education and is the main means of training applied and skilled personnel. Training base is to provide practical teaching, professional skills training places, our school in many years of school practice, and constantly explore agriculture-related training and professional base construction and management, out of the special development for their own way.
