碳纳米管场发射显示器(CNT-FED)在便携式显示器领域具有广泛应用前景。本文分析了CNT-FED的驱动原理,针对其阴极是阵列式结构且需要较高电极驱动电压的特点,利用单片机AT89C51,点阵式液晶显示控制器芯片HD61830,高压驱动芯片HV507设计了CNT-FED(64X64)的驱动电路,刷新频率大于100frame/s,驱动电极电压最高可达300V。
Carbon nanotube field emission display (CNT-FED) in the field of portable displays has a wide range of applications. In this paper, the driving principle of CNT-FED is analyzed. In view of its cathode is an array structure and requires higher electrode driving voltage, CNT-FED is designed by using single chip microcomputer AT89C51, dot matrix liquid crystal display controller chip HD61830 and high voltage driver chip HV507. (64X64) driver circuit, the refresh rate is greater than 100frame / s, the drive electrode voltage up to 300V.
