本文对明代张景岳所制复方正柴胡饮的制剂,进行了有关药理实验:解热、降温、抗炎、镇静、镇痛以及免疫和毒性等,探讨了该方治疗感冒的药理作用机理。
In this paper, pharmacological experiments were carried out on the preparations of compound Zhengchaihu drinking made by Zhang Jingyue in Ming Dynasty: antipyretic, cooling, anti-inflammation, sedation, analgesia, and immunity and toxicity. The pharmacological mechanism of this prescription for the treatment of common cold was discussed.
