目前肺癌位居我国恶性肿瘤的首位,其发病率和死亡率都居高不下[1].有效防范早期肺癌,特别是早期诊断,精确分期是肺癌患者个体化治疗的关键所在.传统意义上对于非小细胞肺癌采用弹力纤维染色来定位并判断肿瘤细胞与胸膜的关系,但在实际工作中发现肿瘤细胞在弹力纤维染色中胞核往往不是特别明显,易与周围细胞混淆.对诊断医生的判读带来一定的困扰,易造成假阴性结果.现作者采用广谱细胞角蛋白联合改良弹力纤维的方法,可快速、高质评估肿瘤细胞侵犯胸膜的程度,现将方法介绍如下.
