三向圆弧槽型可转位刀片见图1。这种槽型已于1980年经国家标准审定会审定,作为我国独创的断屑槽型正式列入国家标准。这种槽型的优点是:断屑范围广,切削轻快、平稳,出屑方向一致,能适应多种材料的粗特加工,尤其适用重型及中型机械行业,单件小批生产。本文介绍该槽型的结构特点,机械夹紧方式,应用技术及断屑特性。
Three to the arc groove indexable blade shown in Figure 1. This groove has been validated by the National Standards Review in 1980, as China’s original chipbreaker officially included in the national standard. This slot has the advantages of: a wide range of chip breaking, cutting light, smooth, the same direction of the chip, can adapt to a variety of materials, rough processing, especially for heavy and medium-sized machinery industry, a single small batch production. This article describes the structural characteristics of the groove, mechanical clamping, application technology and chip breaking characteristics.
