现阶段,在建筑能耗中,住宅建筑能耗呈逐年上升趋势,采暖空调能耗随之增加,尤其是经济发达城市,每户居民超过两台以上空调。所以,对于住宅节能而言,采暖空调能耗非常重要。和其他建筑类型相比,住宅建筑采暖空调能耗,受到建筑体形系数和热工性能影响,加上气候因素和认为居住行为影响,增加了采暖空调能耗。因此,合理选择住宅采暖空调方式,可明显降低建筑采暖能耗。
At this stage, in the building energy consumption, energy consumption of residential buildings showed a rising trend year by year, heating and air conditioning energy consumption increases, especially in economically developed cities, more than two residents per household air-conditioning. Therefore, for residential energy efficiency, heating and air conditioning energy consumption is very important. Compared with other types of buildings, residential building heating and air conditioning energy consumption, subject to the building form factor and thermal performance, coupled with climate factors and living behavior that increase the energy consumption of heating and air conditioning. Therefore, a reasonable choice of residential heating and air conditioning, can significantly reduce the building heating energy consumption.
