用溶液-凝胶技术从金屁醇盐中成功地制备出 KTaO_3、KNbO_3和 KTa_(1-)Nb_(1-)NbO_3(KTN)粉末。这些粉末具有高纯度(99.9%)、高均匀度(分子级)和超细粒子大小(~100(?))。将三种金属醇盐 K(OC_2H_5),Ta(OC_2H_5)_5和 Nb(OC_2H_5)_5溶解并在乙醇溶液中混合,接着经过水解、聚合和凝胶化反应。制备好的凝胶是非晶态,需要作低温加热处理使之结晶。用红外光谱仔细地研究醇盐溶液化学。其结果是:在溶液中发现 K〔Ta(OR)_6〕和K〔Nb(OR)_6〕络合物,它们显然保证了最后产物的化学均匀性。
KTaO_3, KNbO_3 and KTa_ (1-) Nb_ (1-) NbO_3 (KTN) powders were successfully prepared from gold alkoxide using solution-gel technique. These powders have high purity (99.9%), high uniformity (molecular grade) and ultrafine particle size (~ 100 (?)). The three metal alkoxides K (OC_2H_5), Ta (OC_2H_5) _5 and Nb (OC_2H_5) _5 were dissolved and mixed in ethanol solution, followed by hydrolysis, polymerization and gelation reaction. The prepared gel is amorphous and needs to be subjected to low-temperature heat treatment to crystallize it. Carefully study alkoxide solution chemistry using infrared spectroscopy. As a result, K (Ta (OR) 6] and K [Nb (OR) 6] complexes were found in the solution, which obviously ensured the chemical homogeneity of the final product.
