本文初步研究了新型显色剂偶氮溴膦-pB与钇的β型显色反应的条件,试剂和β型络合物的最大吸收峰分别在545nm和735nm处△λ=190nm (?)8.98×10~4l·mol~1·cm~1,Sandell灵敏度为9.9×10~4μg·cm~(?) 在HCl、HNO_3、HBr介质中都能产生β型反应,反应速度较快,稳定时间3小时。同时指出稳定时间与钇的含量高低有关。适量的乙醇对钇的β型反应无影响,丙酮对钇的β型反应有一定的抑制作用。比尔定律适用范围为7.5—30μg mL。标准偏差为3.54×10~3,变异系数为1.11(?)
In this paper, the conditions of the β-type color reaction of bromoxynaphthalene-pB with yttrium were studied. The maximum absorption peak of the reagent and β-type complex was △ λ = 190nm (?)
