针对提钒后含钒铬泥的特点,采用NaOH碱浸-H_2O_2氧化浸出工艺对含钒铬泥中V、Cr进行了提取,研究了原料粒径、H_2O_2用量、NaOH浓度、浸出温度和时间对V、Cr浸出率的影响,确定了优化浸出条件。结果表明:在原料质量为5g,颗粒粒径小于74μm,一段浸出NaOH浓度100g/L、液固比10∶1,浸出时间20min、浸出温度70℃,二段浸出H_2O_2用量3mL、搅拌氧化30min后升温至95℃、浸出1h的条件下,获得了较好的浸出效果,V、Cr浸出率分别达到95.68%和92.9%。
V and Cr in vanadium-bearing chrome mud were extracted by alkali leaching-H 2 O 2 leaching process based on the characteristics of vanadium-containing chromium mud after vanadium extraction.
