通过力学性能测试、扫描电镜等试验,研究锌合金经过热处理后的组织和性能。结果表明:热处理后锌合金晶粒细化,由等轴状的η(Zn)相、共晶组织以及第二相组成;200~350℃热处理3 h随炉冷却使共晶组织由片层状转变为颗粒状;较好的热处理工艺是350℃保温3 h,随炉冷却,锌合金的抗拉强度达到190 MPa,伸长率达到10%。
