本文分析了流动粒子电炉的加热机理以及影响加热速度的因素,提出了测定流动粒子电炉给热系数的测定方法。同时测定了流动粒子电炉和盐浴炉的给热系数并作了对比。为制定流动粒子电炉的加热工艺和改进流动粒子电炉的加热性能提供了依据。
In this paper, the heating mechanism of the flow particle furnace and the factors that affect the heating rate are analyzed. A method to determine the heating coefficient of the flow particle furnace is proposed. At the same time, the heating coefficient of flow particle furnace and salt bath furnace were measured and compared. It provided the basis for making the heating process of the mobile particle furnace and improving the heating performance of the mobile particle furnace.
