沙棘又名醋柳、酸刺、黑刺,其果实富含多种维生素,种子可榨油。近年来,国际上对沙棘果实的综合利用研究,以及对沙棘化学成分的研究较多,特别是苏联从70年代至1986年以来,已相继发现沙棘含有150多种化学成分,同时还发现沙棘具有全面的生理活性,并且在营养科学、医药、化妆品中的应用已引起重视。在国内,用沙棘果实制作的饮料和沙棘酒已普遍推开,用沙棘种子榨油的研究也在逐渐深化,而唯独对沙棘叶的应用研究却很少。为了综合开发沙棘,我们对沙棘叶及沙棘叶油的化学成分进行了分析。
