为编制钢筋轻骨料混凝土结构设计规程提供设计参数,从1978年开始,对陶粒、煤矸石、浮石(火山渣)混凝土梁的强度、刚度、抗裂性等开展了大量的试验研究。本文根据国内各单位334根(人造轻骨料209根、天然轻骨料125根)配筋轻骨料混凝土梁的试验,对受弯构件的破坏特征、极限强度、混凝土极限压变形、混凝土压区应力图形特征系数以及界限配筋值等进行了分析研究。
In order to formulate the design parameters for the design of reinforced concrete structures with light aggregates, starting from 1978, a large number of experimental studies have been conducted on the strength, stiffness and crack resistance of the concrete beams of ceramsite, coal gangue and pumice (volcanic slag). In this paper, according to the test of 832 lightweight concrete aggregates (125 artificial lightweight aggregates and 125 natural lightweight aggregates) in each unit in China, the failure characteristics, ultimate strength, concrete ultimate pressure deformation, and concrete pressure of the flexural members are tested. The area stress pattern characteristic coefficient and the limit reinforcement value were analyzed.
