针对当前高职学生存在的就业品质问题,科学合理地设计调研问卷,以“校本研究”为主要运行机制,对广州城建职业学院应届和往届毕业生的就业状况进行调查,根据对调研数据进行分析,发现高职学生就业过程中存在的主要问题和特点,针对高职院校学生就业的特点和学生的实际情况,从学校建设和管理、政府引导、学生素质三方面入手进行研究来提升学生的就业品质,达到让高职学生充分就业的目的。
