文化产权交易是我国产权交易市场上的新兴事物。从性质上看,文化产权交易已经超出了传统物质经济所解释的范围,它在许多方面符合精神经济的特征,是以精神内容交易为中心的精神经济现象。因此,本文试图运用精神经济学的观点诠释文化产权交易。首先,把精神经济与文化产权交易结合起来,理清两者之间的逻辑联系;其次,在分解精神经济时代产品内在结构的基础上,分析文化产权交易的类型及其性质;最后,依据文化产权交易的经济作用,提出通过发展文化产权交易促进精神经济发展的若干对策。
Cultural property transaction is a new thing in the property rights exchange market in our country. From a qualitative point of view, the transaction of cultural property rights has gone beyond the scope of the traditional material economy, which is consistent with the characteristics of the spiritual economy in many aspects and is the spiritual economic phenomenon with the transaction of the spiritual contents as the center. Therefore, this article attempts to use the perspective of psycho-economic interpretation of cultural property transactions. First of all, combine the spiritual economy with the transaction of cultural property rights to clarify the logical relationship between the two; Secondly, on the basis of decomposing the inner structure of the product in the spiritual economy, we analyze the type and nature of the transaction of cultural property rights. Finally, The economic effect of property rights transaction, put forward some countermeasures to promote the development of spiritual economy through the development of cultural property rights transactions.
