我院在应用呋喃西林治疗菌痢87例中,曾有11例出现不同程度的多发性神经炎,现介绍如下。典型病例介绍患者徐某,男性,24岁,住院号10603,于1959年9月1日开始腹痛腹泻,排粘液血便,里急后重,日便5-6次,逐日加重,周许日达30次之多,经原单位治疗好转,于10月29日入本院,其症状同上,唯便次在10次左右,患者一般情况尚好,体检除腹部压痛外,无异常,大便为粘血便,常规检查有明显病理改变,确诊为菌痢。
