西安市老年病科临床医护人员对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的认知度调查

目的分析老年病科临床医护人员对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)知识的掌握程度和相关态度,为针对老年病科临床医护人员开展继续教育提供科学依据。方法随机抽取西安市5所公立综合医院的120名老年病科临床医护人员作为研究对象,应用阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征知识及态度问卷进行调查。结果调查对象OSAHS知识总正确率为57.22%,对OSAHS发病机制的认知水平较高而对其治疗知识的认知水平较低。21.67%的被调查者表示对OSAHS的诊疗有信心。被调查者OSAHS知识得分与相关态度得分呈正相关关系(r=0.453,P<0.01)。结论老年病科临床医护人员对OSAHS的态度与其OSAHS知识掌握程度密切相关,可通过继续教育、在职培训等方式,提高老年病科临床医护人员OSAHS知识掌握程度和诊疗水平。 Objective To analyze the mastery degree and relative attitude of clinical medical staff of geriatrics on obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) knowledge, and provide a scientific basis for carrying out continuing education for geriatric staff. Methods 120 geriatric clinicians from 5 public general hospitals in Xi’an were randomly selected as the research subjects. The questionnaires of knowledge and attitude of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome were used to investigate. Results The total correct rate of knowledge of OSAHS was 57.22%. The cognitive level of OSAHS was high and cognitive level of treatment was low. 21.67% of the respondents said they had confidence in the diagnosis and treatment of OSAHS. OSAHS scores of respondents had a positive correlation with scores of relevant attitude (r = 0.453, P <0.01). Conclusion The attitude toward OSAHS of geriatric clinicians is closely related to their mastery of OSAHS knowledge. The degree of mastery and diagnosis and treatment of OSAHS among geriatric clinicians can be improved through continuing education and on-the-job training.
