企业文化氛围是指企业内某一文化单元的各要素所构成的一种文化效应场。不同的文化氛围,会使职工产生不同的氛围感,从而经受不同的情绪体验和情操感受,这对于企业精神的形成和培养至关重要。然而,前一时期由于政治、经济、文化、道德等诸因素的影响,造成企业文化变态,出现了种种不良的文化氛围,导致社会主义企业精神退化,这应当引起企业界的关注。当前,企业文化变态主要有三个特征:
