体能在羽毛球竞赛中起着很重要的作用,是羽毛球专业系统训练中每天必备的练习内容。对于专业队员来说,体能是他们提升技术和保持状态的重要支撑;作为业余球员,提高体能可以快速提高技术水平,预防伤病的能力也能加强。本节主要针对业余球员的体能提高列出一些简易的训练方法。一、徒手类徒手练习是最简易的方法,在家、办公室、行走间都可以进行。练习方法有很多,只列举一部分。业余球员可以根据自己的需求有选择性地练习。
