目的研究低氧诱导因子(HIF-1α)、B细胞淋巴瘤基因-2(Bcl-2)和微血管密度(MVD)在大肠癌中的表达及三者间关系。方法采用免疫组化方法检测44例大肠癌标本中HIF-1α、Bcl-2及MVD的表达情况。结果大肠癌组织中HIF-1α、Bcl-2及MVD表达明显高于癌旁组织和正常组织(P<0.05);Bcl-2的表达与年龄、性别、浸润深度、淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05),而HIF-1α与肿瘤淋巴结转移有关,MVD与淋巴结转移与浸润深度有关(P<0.05);HIF-1α、Bcl-2阳性组MVD高表达。结论 HIF-1α、Bcl-2、MVD与大肠癌的生物学行为密切相关,HIF-1α、Bcl-2可能对肿瘤血管生成有促进作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of HIF-1α, Bcl-2 and MVD in colorectal carcinoma and their relationships. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of HIF-1α, Bcl-2 and MVD in 44 specimens of colorectal cancer. Results The expressions of HIF-1α, Bcl-2 and MVD in colorectal cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in paracancerous tissues and normal tissues (P <0.05). The expression of Bcl-2 was not related to age, gender, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis ), While HIF-1α was associated with tumor lymph node metastasis. The MVD was correlated with lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion (P <0.05). MVD was highly expressed in HIF-1α and Bcl-2 positive patients. Conclusion The biological behaviors of HIF-1α, Bcl-2 and MVD are closely related to the biological behavior of colorectal cancer. HIF-1α and Bcl-2 may promote tumor angiogenesis.
