目的:研究持续低剂量率照射是否对肿瘤病人细胞遗传学造成影响。方法:均采用常规的静脉微量全血培养法。取粒子植入前及粒子植入后4mo病人的全血0.3~0.5mL,选择形态良好、分散度适中的中期细胞在油镜下观察。结果:粒子植入前后病人染色体畸变和微核细胞率之间差异无显著性(P>0.05),不同处方量之间差异亦无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:放射性~(125)I粒子组织间植入治疗肿瘤属于内放疗,由于其放射物理学特性决定其主要是局部控制肿瘤,对周围正常组织及细胞遗传学均无明显影响,~(125)I粒子植入治疗是安全有效的。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate whether continuous low-dose irradiation affects the cytogenetics of cancer patients. Methods: All conventional venous trace whole blood culture method. Take the whole blood of patients before the particle implantation 4mo and 4mo after implantation of 0.3 ~ 0.5mL, choose good shape, moderate dispersion of mid-term cells observed under an oil microscope. Results: There was no significant difference in chromosome aberration and micronucleus rate between before and after particle implantation (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between different prescriptions (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Radioactive 125 I seed implantation is an internal radiotherapy for tumor implantation. Because of its radiophysiological characteristics, it is mainly controlled locally and has no significant effect on surrounding normal tissues and cytogenetics. I particle implantation is safe and effective.
