停车是城市交通中的重要一环,停车问题是城市交通系统的重要问题。随着我国经济的发展,人民生活水平不断提高,我国的机动车拥有量持续增长,特别是中国加入WTO以后,各种税费下降,汽车进入家庭的理念逐渐深入人心,购买汽车的家庭越来越多。汽车数量的增长与停车位短缺的矛盾日益突出,“停车难、乱停车”的问题日益突出。停车场问题的解决也不单纯是在规划中列出若干块空地,或设法增加车位的问题。需要借鉴发达国家现代化城市的经验,从中找出符合我国国情的正确途径来。
