一项从良好愿望出发的基层医院医学装备采购配置政策,现在却面临越来越多业界人士的非议。“配置来的仪器是‘一刀切’,不用不行,实在不好用也就只能不用了。”某乡镇中心卫生院院长报怨。而不少医疗设备供应企业则认为,“这种采购模式,对企业及整个行业都没有太多好处,从长远看,甚至可能影响行业的发展。”作为医疗器械集中招标采购专家,中国医学装备协会秘书长白知朋更是旗帜鲜明地表示,“一定要杜绝‘一刀切’式采购。”
