《上海教育科研》1989年第三期《教育评价信度的探讨》一文(以下简称《探讨》),避开了一些传统信度检验方法的局限性(它们一般适用于教育测量),提出了适用于教育评价中常用的“项目等级评定”的一致性信度计算公式。该公式虽无严格的假设检验,但其对信度质量的界定对教育评价的研究仍具有很大的实用意义。笔者在教师工作质量评价的实践中体会到,应用该公式对评价结果进行信度检验,不但可以衡量评价工作的质量,增强评价工作的信心,而且可以对评价指标(项目)的
The article “Discussion on the Reliability of Educational Evaluation” of “Shanghai Education and Research”, the third issue of 1989, avoids the limitations of some traditional reliability test methods (they generally apply to education measurement) Commonly used in educational evaluation of the “project rating” consistent reliability formula. Although there is no strict test of hypothesis, the definition of reliability and reliability of the formula is still of great practical significance for the study of education evaluation. The author realizes in the practice of teachers’ work quality evaluation that using this formula to test the reliability of the evaluation results can not only measure the quality of the evaluation work and enhance the confidence of the evaluation work, but also evaluate the evaluation index (project)
