以甲基泛影酸钠和聚蔗糖配制不连续的密度梯度离心液，分离纯化食管粘膜Ｌａｎｇｅｒｈａｎｓ细胞（Ｌａｎｇｅｒｈａｎｓｃｅｌ，ＬＣ），并以ＣＤ１ａ抗原阳性表达作为ＬＣ判断标准。结果显示：此法可将正常食管粘膜ＬＣ的浓度平均由分离前的１．２％提高至分离后的２１％。提示：该法能从食管粘膜中分离出一定纯度的ＬＣ。
The discontinuous density gradient centrifugation was prepared with methyl diatrizoate sodium and ficoll, and Langerhans cells (Langerhanscel, LC) of esophageal mucosa were isolated and purified, and the positive expression of CD1a antigen was used as an LC standard. The results showed that this method can increase the average esophageal mucosal LC concentration from the pre-separation of 1.2% to 21% after separation. Tip: This method can separate a certain purity of LC from esophageal mucosa.
