《道士下山》是部讲“道”的片儿。不过看完整部片,你可能并不会很清楚到底这个故事跟“道”有什么关系。首先他不是关于主角“何安下”的“得道”片,他只是充当了一双眼睛,一个“观察者”;其次片中各大高手和道瓜葛也不大,只是零星提到了一些状态。我猜原本小说可能说的更多些?小说里大概会透过几位高手不同的人生选择,稍微说出些“道”的味道,但电影把这件事总结成了一个道理,就不太对味了。整个片看下来,好像故事和“道”是两张皮,贴合不起来。电影的画面、武打的状态,都是十分精致的,但就是陈导演身上的那种“正统”的劲儿,让我觉得他对“道”的悟性和灵气,确实比较浅,打动不了人,启发性不够。看完电影我就想,这片儿如果是李安来导,应该是截然不同的另一种感觉。当然,我并不赞成比较,每个人都不一样,而且拍电影在我看来真的是非常艰难的一件事。陈导演的《道士下山》拍的美轮美奂,镜头语言纯熟,画面十分漂亮,可是,内核上的弱,也是无法不去谈论的。

However, it is precisely the kind of “orthodox” power in Chen’s directing that I feel that his understanding and aura about the “Tao” are really shallow, Can not move people, inspirational enough. After watching the movie I thought that if this film is led by Ang Lee, it should be completely different from another feeling. Of course, I am not in favor of comparison. Everyone is different. And making movies is, in my opinion, really a very difficult one. Director Chen’s “Taoist downhill” shot beautiful, camera language is very smart, the picture is very beautiful, but the weak core, but also can not talk about it.
