人才市场是社会人才交换和合理配置的重要场所,对地区经济发展和社会稳定有着非常重要的作用。随着人事制度改革和经济体制改革的深入,人才市场不断发挥着服务社会的功能,为地区人才合理流动奠定了重要基础。在人才市场的发展中,人力资源管理作为一个重要的因素制约着其健康发展,因此,强化人才市场部门的人力资源管理势在必行。
The talent market is an important place for the exchange and rational distribution of social talents, and plays an extremely important role in the economic development and social stability in the region.
