寻常性天疱疮并发化脓性眼内炎,国内尚未见报道。笔者遇到1例,报告如下。患者,男,32岁。因全身皮肤、粘膜反复起水泡、糜烂三个月,确诊为寻常性天疱疮于1990年3月6日入我院皮肤科治疗。入院体检:神清,自动体位,T37.4℃,P132次/分,R35次/分。口腔、唇、外阴等处粘膜可见糜烂面,表面结污褐色痂。头面、躯干、四肢绝大部分皮肤糜烂,露出鲜红色基底,有渗液,部分有污痂。双手有几个散在的花生米大的松弛状薄壁水泡,尼氏征(+)。血常规:红细胞4.43×10~(12)/L,血色素120g/L,白细胞14.2×10~9/L,中性0.90,淋巴细胞0.08, Pemphigus vulgaris concurrent suppurative endophthalmitis, has not been reported in China.
