1 工程概况第三濮清南引黄蓄灌补源工程是为解决濮阳市西部沙区水资源的短缺而兴建的一项工程。为充分合理利用第三濮清南水资源,根据市区西部地势高亢这一特殊情况,经过充分论证决定兴建提灌站。我们参加了西干渠、老赵北沟、范庄沟3座提灌站的设计、施工的全过程,3座提灌站均为双层立式湿室型泵站,采用立式混流泵,设接长传动轴,并设有中间定位轴承。根据我们的体会,粗浅地谈一下水泵系统的安装。2 安装准备2.1 图纸的研究和设备的检查安装前研究熟悉图纸,明确施工项目,确认相关设备连接部位的结构、尺寸和状态,仔细检查泵体、传动装置及电机是否完好。检查泵轴与传动轴运输过程中容易发生弯曲的部位,这也是检查的重点,若出现弯曲必须调直。检查水泵叶片有无松动,其安放角是否符合设计要求。
